Part of that environment is the way, for centuries, humans have lived on the earth in ways that left our planet to its own ways. Here, Jean-Guy shows us how these bayou dwellers heated and cooked with minimal impact on their environment. They cooked, often, with the 'bouse' of their animals. Now the word "bouze" could be translated, but I honestly think it speaks for itself.
